WHAT WE DO

As a licensed Credit Reference Agency we hold data on behalf of ourselves and our customers. The data held refers to unpaid and settled debts that have exceeded our customers credit terms and often resulted in court action to recover the unpaid debts and include debts where the debtor absconds or disappears without settling their debts. We also provide additional information which may help prospective creditors to decide whether to grant credit to former debtors or associated organisations.

 

DATA SUPPLIED BY OUR CUSTOMERS

WE hold data supplied by our customers on their behalf. Our customers have certified that the data supplied is true and correct. We are not responsible for incorrect data supplied by our customers. Any claim as a result of incorrect data supplied should be directed to our customers. If you feel the data is incorrect you should also contact us using the Complaints Form and follow our complaints procedure.

Requests must contain the information required to satisfy the Debt Register as to the identity of the person making the request (we may require proof of your identity).
